This is the toughest physical day in the circuit. Start around 5:30 AM to avoid crowd bottlenecks and midday weather risk. Pace yourself with short, regular breaks instead of long halts.

At higher sections, breathing rhythm matters more than speed. Keep sipping water even if you do not feel thirsty. If dizziness or headache increases, descend without ego.

Spend quiet time at the lake and gurudwara, then descend carefully since knees take heavier impact in rain. Reach Ghangaria, stretch, and sleep early.

Mountain safety note: weather in this circuit can shift from clear to heavy rain within minutes, so keep rain cover, warm layer, and basic medicines in your daypack instead of main luggage. Plan turn-around times in advance and avoid chasing late-hour shots on slippery trails; consistent safe timing gives better multi-day results than one risky extended walk.
