Leave your hotel no later than 8:00 AM to reach Candolim beach before crowd density rises. Candolim is the broadest and least chaotic North Goa beach, ideal for a morning walk and early photography. The water is calmer at the Sinquerim end where the Aguada Fort promontory creates a natural wind break. You can see the fort's old lighthouse from the beach.

For watersports, the Baga-Calangute stretch is the most active zone. Pre-booked parasailing costs INR 600-900 per person with a reputable operator; jet ski for 15 minutes runs INR 700-1,200 depending on season. Always check that life vests are provided and the operator has a visible GTDC (Goa Tourism Development Corporation) registration. Avoid operators who approach aggressively or discount without reason.

Calangute market area gets crowded from 11 AM onward. Use this zone for a midday lunch break and try grilled kingfish with rice and curry, or a fresh prawn masala at any mid-range shack. Eating at 12:30 rather than 1:30 PM avoids peak-hour waits. Keep a coconut water from roadside stalls for electrolyte balance in the coastal heat.

By afternoon, shift toward Anjuna-Vagator for a different coastal mood. Anjuna has a rocky northern fringe and a more relaxed crowd in the lower beach sections. The famous Wednesday Anjuna Flea Market (October-March) is the best place in Goa for tie-dye fabrics, leather goods, handicrafts, and silver jewelry directly from makers at negotiable prices.

End the afternoon at Chapora Fort, a 10-minute uphill walk from the parking area. The fort is partially ruined but the view from the top is one of the best in North Goa: the Chapora River estuary on one side and the open Arabian Sea on the other, with Vagator's red-cliff beach visible below. Arrive 30 minutes before sunset to secure a good standing point.

Dinner at a Vagator or Anjuna beach shack: grilled calamari, tiger prawn butter garlic, or Goan sausage toast. Return before 10:30 PM as Day 3 requires early movement toward Old Goa where light and crowd conditions change quickly after 9 AM.
